Tentative Itinerary for Y.E.S. Fieldtrip

Day 1 -Friday -March 14

 7:00 AM          Parents have students at DFW -  AirTran ticket counter,  Terminal E

8:40   AM         Fly to Orlando on AirTran flight 111

12:05 AM        Arrive Orlando –Disney’s Magical Express to Disney’s Pop Century Resort

12:30 PM         Go straight to the Magic Kingdom

7:00 PM           Transfer to disney Hollywood Studios to catch the 8:30 performance of Fantasmic!

9:30 PM           Return to resort

10:30 PM         Lights out

Day 2 – Saturday – March 15

 6:00 AM          Wake-up call

7:00 AM          Meet for breakfast in food court

8:00 AM          Explore Walt Disney World    If with an adult, Magic Kingdom stays open until 11 PM

9:30 PM           Check-in with chaperones at Resort

10:30 PM         Lights out

Day 3 – Sunday – March 16

 6:00 AM          Wake-up call

7:00 AM          Meet for breakfast in food court

8:00 AM          Explore Walt Disney World    If with an adult, Magic Kingdom stays open until 11 PM

9:30 PM           Check-in with chaperones at Resort

10:30 PM         Lights out

Day 4 – Monday – March 17

6:00 AM          Wake-up call

7:00 AM          Meet for breakfast in food court

10:00 AM        Explore Walt Disney World    If with an adult, Magic Kingdom stays open until 11 PM

9:30 PM           Check-in with chaperones at Resort

10:30 PM         Lights out

Day 5 – Tuesday – March 18

5:30 AM          Wake-up call

6:15 AM          Meet for breakfast in food court

6:45 AM          Leave for YES lesson:  Physics 

11:00 AM        Lunch - Explore Walt Disney World

9:30 PM           Check-in with chaperones at Resort

10:30 PM         Lights out

Day 6 – Wednesday – March 19

AM                  Must check out of room by 11:00 AM.  

12:30 PM           Leave for airport on Disney’s Magical Express

4:00 PM           Fly Home on AirTran flight 115

5:45 PM           Arrive DFW to be picked up by parents
